I'll start my review by saying, living in communities with HOA can't present challenges, but the same could be said for those without. AMAG has been a great company to work with. I sat on the board of my community for a while and we went through 3 companies before finally engaging with AMAG. Prior to hiring AMAG our community was not up to par with ACC, and our collection rate was 20%, residents were getting away with not paying their dues. That quickly changed when AMAG came on board. Within 4 months we had a collection rate of 98%, our retained earnings was replenished, our contracts with vendors were updated and our community started looking great. I know that some *** say that AMAG is tough, but they are just doing a job. It is my opinion that they take the necessary steps to ensure the community standards are upheld. Working with *** has been fantastic and ***** is a delight!

Our homeowners association switched management companies this past year, and hired AMAG as our new management representatives. We had been working with what is considered to be one of the largest and finest HOA management companies in Atlanta, so AMAG had very big shoes to fill. We've been working with AMAG almost a year now, and I must say that there is not a single moment since we migrated to AMAG that I've not been thrilled with our decision to go with them.
